Lifetime Guarantee

At Richmond Auto Body we provide a lifetime guarantee on all repairs. Our facility guarantees all paint and body work against any defects to workmanship or materials for the life of the vehicle (while in possession of the registered owner as indicated on the Lifetime Guarantee provided upon completion of the repairs).

Replacement Vehicles

At Richmond Auto Body, we offer replacement vehicles or other alternate transportation options to help you get around during your repair. We understand the importance of having a way to get where you need to go, when you need to go there. While requirements vary, you must have a valid Driver's License and Credit Card, as well as insurance papers for proof of collision coverage as your vehicle insurance is temporarily transferred to the replacement vehicles while in your possession.
